This group is convenience and transit driven, technology fueled and community based. Builders are recognizing these characteristics, prompting the creation of Millennial Housing.
Many of these communities will feature various “hip” businesses, retail stores, and resort-style amenities including pools, boat docks, paddle boats, hiking/biking trails, cyber cafés, fitness facilities and a dog parks.
